Bagnificent only sell guaranteed authentic products. Our stock is from reputable suppliers and therefore we are confident with our money back guarantee.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund excluding postage and packaging.
Notification of return of item must be made within 3 days of receipt and the item must be returned within 14 days in its original condition complete with tags & packaging. Items should be suitably repackaged and any items damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of return and will be issued in the same form as payment received.
Stock
If item is out of stock you will be contacted with estimated delivery date – if this is not suitable then you have option to cancel order.
Brand
Bagnificent do not claim to be an authorised dealer, distributor/agent or authorised shop/boutique for any of the brand designers. All trademarks are of their own respective companies
Delivery
We post within 24 hours, except Sundays, Scottish Bank Holidays and circumstances beyond our control. We dispatch all orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be notified by e-mail the day your goods are dispatched.
We will dispatch your goods as soon as possible AFTER receipt of CLEARED funds. All items are sent by a trackable means and will need to be signed for.
For security reasons we are only able to deliver items to the cardholders address.
It will be YOUR responsibility to collect the items or re-arrange delivery if you are not home to sign for the goods. If you fail to do this and the goods are returned to us, you will need to pay the return postage (or a refund will be given less p&p).
We do also post Worldwide - postage costs start at £35 and are sent by courier. at prices they can afford.
We have pre-owned handbags from Europe's finest designers in our LOVED section, including Louis Vuitton and Gucci, alongside more affordable bags that give the designer look for less.
