How long will it take to deliver my goods?

We post within 24 hours, except Sundays, Scottish Bank Holidays and circumstances beyond our control. We dispatch all orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All other orders will be dispatched the next day in same format. You will be notified by e-mail the day your goods are dispatched.

 

I have returned an item when will I get a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of return and will be issued in the same form as payment received.

 

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

At Bagnificent we want you to be happy with your fabulous new accessory. If there is a problem contact us and let us know.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund excluding postage and packaging.

Notification of return of item must be made within 3 days of receipt and the item must be returned within 14 days in its original condition complete with tags & packaging. Items should be suitably repackaged and any items damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded.

Do you post overseas?

Yes we do – delivery costs start at £35 and are sent by courier – please contact us for more details.

 

An item is out of stock how long until I can get hold of it?

If item is out of stock you will be contacted with estimated delivery date – if this is not suitable then you have option to cancel your order with us.

 

I have a handbag I would like to sell what is the procedure?

Firstly we ask that your item is genuine and in excellent condition. We will not sell fake or copied designer goods. All items will be thoroughly researched for authenticity. You can read more on our pre-owned/loved pages.
